You sent crypto and it never arrived.
Right coin, wrong network. Missing memo. Wrong address format. Some of these can be fixed. We find out which one it is.
Book a one-on-one Zoom call with a highly experienced crypto coach who has seen, and solved, just about every crypto problem there is across more than 1,500 coaching sessions. A real person, roughly your vintage, who didn’t grow up with this stuff either, looking at your screen with you and helping you get unstuck.

Remember when you’d pull into a service station (or gas station) and someone came out and filled the tank for you while you sat in your car?
These days you get out of the car and fill your own tank. You withdraw your own cash using an ATM, instead of lining up for a teller. Most of us even scan our own groceries and pack them in the bags ourselves.
It’s become a self-serve world.
Crypto takes it to another level. It’s built to be self-serve from the ground up. Sure, there are written guides, courses, videos made by someone half your age. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, you might be able to submit a support ticket if you get stuck... but usually not.
None of them can see what you’re seeing. The guide doesn’t know which account you’re actually in. The video can’t tell you what to do when your screen doesn’t look like the one in the video. They don’t answer your questions or explain how it’s supposed to work in clear, simple language.
And there’s nobody to ask.
So you go round again. Re-read the instructions. Rewind the video. You feel like you should be able to work it out on your own, and you’d rather not admit to anyone that you can’t. Meanwhile you’re wary of hitting the wrong button, because in crypto the wrong button can be expensive.
Plenty of very capable people get stuck right here. This stuff might be manageable when you know what you’re doing, but that’s no help at all when you don’t. And it’s even harder because the whole system was built by people who grew up with it, for people who grew up with it.
More instructions won’t fix that. A person who can see what you’re looking at will.
That’s why I’m bringing the good old-fashioned one-on-one service philosophy to crypto: me, on a Zoom call with you, looking at your screen and guiding you to where you want to go.
“I’m not the best at computers and you made everything so easy for me.”
Bob DeHart
If it’s broken, stuck, missing or making you nervous, you’re in the right place. Some of the most common problems I come across include:
Right coin, wrong network. Missing memo. Wrong address format. Some of these can be fixed. We find out which one it is.
Usually you’re looking at the wrong account or the wrong network, and the money is sitting exactly where you left it.
A transaction you don’t recognise, a link you shouldn’t have clicked, a message that’s been bugging you for three days.
We set it up together, one step at a time.
A withdrawal on hold, a limit you didn’t know existed, a request for documents you don’t understand.
We do it together, so you’re never guessing which button comes next.
Old exchange, old email address, old password, no idea which.
We check what you’ve approved and switch off anything that shouldn’t be there.
If they asked for your recovery phrase, you already have the answer. Book anyway. We’ll make sure nothing else is open.
I sort out the mechanics: the exports, the missing history, which account is which. Tax advice stays with your accountant.
Your problem isn’t on the list? Book anyway. It’s not an exhaustive list by any means.
Change of plans? Reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before for a full refund.
Pick a time and get the Zoom link sent to you straight away.
Reply to your confirmation email with a couple of lines on what’s happening, so I don’t come to the call cold and we don’t have to spend the first ten minutes catching me up on the problem.
You share your screen so I can see what you see, and I walk you through what you need to do. At no point do I have access to your computer or your crypto. It’s like I’m looking over your shoulder and guiding you, but not touching anything myself. Your money stays in your hands the whole time.
In most cases the problem is fixed on the call, and you’re on your way. If it turns out to be too big a problem to solve on one call, you leave knowing exactly what’s wrong, what it will take to finish, and what it will cost.
“The best part was the way he walked and talked me through the whole process and lifted the anxiety away.”
Todd Mayne
In more than 1,500 coaching calls I have never asked, and will never ask, for anyone’s secret recovery phrase, passwords, or any other sensitive information. I will also not take remote control of your computer (I have been asked to do that several times... but it’s not happening). Not on the call, not by email, not ever. You share your screen and do the clicking yourself, and when you need to type a password or a phrase, you stop sharing or do it on another screen so I can’t see it.
No legitimate person will ever ask you for your recovery phrase or your passwords, or to take control of your computer. If someone claiming to be me does, it’s a scam: delete the message or hang up.
“Very patient and very knowledgeable, and aware of the risks to manage in this space. A pleasure to work with.”
Neil Gibb

After more than 5 years in crypto, and having done more than 1,500 one-on-one coaching calls, I have seen it all. And I continue to see it every day.
I didn’t grow up with this stuff either. I was 47 when I started, and I learned it the slow, expensive way.
My crypto journey goes back to 2013, when I read the Bitcoin whitepaper on a flight from Melbourne to Sydney. I decided right then and there to pick up a few of these "digital bitcoins". Just in case.
But by the time the flight landed there was some urgent "crisis" to deal with in my business (I can't even remember what it was, so it must've been important) and the Bitcoin experiment was relegated to a dusty shelf somewhere in the back of my mind.
It took me 8 years to come back to it.
When I finally sat down to figure it out in 2021, I discovered that Bitcoin had gone from ~$100 to ~$20,000 per coin. D'oh. From there I spent more than a year making every mistake you've read about and probably a few you haven't, incurring a hefty "tuition fee" as I went. Every cent of it avoidable. Every cent of it instructive.
That was a long time ago now though. I eventually developed a market-leading operational framework from the rubble of my early mistakes, and refined it over several years of practice both with my own portfolio, and across more than 1,500 coaching calls with people navigating the same learning curve you're on.
When you book a troubleshooting call, you get me. Personally. No handoff, no assistant, no script. Old-fashioned one-on-one service. You bring the problem, I bring the experience, and we work through it together.

I won’t tell you what to buy, sell or hold.
This call is about getting your money reachable, visible and safe. What you buy, sell or hold is your decision.
I won’t play accountant or lawyer.
I’ll help you get your records into shape; your accountant or lawyer does the rest.
I won’t promise to recover every lost coin.
Some mistakes on a blockchain can’t be undone, and anyone who guarantees otherwise is running a scam. I’ll tell you straight whether yours can be.
Yes. Plenty of the people I work with say exactly that at the start of the call. You don’t need to know the lingo. If you’ve never shared your screen on Zoom, that’s the first thing I’ll show you (it’s two clicks). After that we go at whatever pace you need.
Absolutely not. You share your screen and do the clicking; I tell you what to click, and why. I never ask for your recovery phrase, your passwords or remote control of your computer.
The computer or phone the problem is on, and whatever the problem involves (the hardware wallet, the exchange login). If a step needs a password or your recovery phrase, you stop sharing your screen while you type it.
No. The booking page shows the available times in your own time zone, and the call is on Zoom.
Then the call becomes the diagnosis. You leave knowing what’s wrong, what it takes to finish, and what that costs. On the bigger problems, knowing exactly what you’re dealing with is usually worth the call on its own.
It’s booked as 45 minutes on Zoom. You’re paying for the fix, not the clock, so if we need to go over time then so be it (subject to other calls or commitments).
No. I am not a licensed financial adviser. Troubleshooting calls are about getting you unstuck or solving a technical or process problem, never about what you should buy, sell or hold.
Yes. Tell me in advance and I’ll record it and send you the file, so you’ve got the steps if it ever happens again.
Up to 24 hours before, reschedule or cancel for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, email me and we’ll sort it out.
At the end of the day nothing beats direct, one-on-one help from someone who’s seen it before, and has the t-shirt to prove it. (After more than 1,500 coaching calls it’s a hell of a t-shirt collection.) Pick a time, show me what you’re seeing, and in most cases it’s fixed before the call ends and you can get on with your day.
