Built up over time without a system
You bought a bit here, traded a bit there, took advice from a mate, watched a few YouTubers. There was never a moment where you sat down and engineered the whole thing properly.
A 17-question assessment of your crypto readiness across the six modules of DW-OS — built from 1,500+ coaching calls with people in roughly the spot you are in now. Five minutes to complete. A personal report in your inbox within minutes.

Extremely well done. I remain very impressed by your natural ability to teach. You've distilled some wildly complex concepts down to their very nub.

You have crypto. Some of it is on an exchange. Some of it is on a hardware wallet. The seed phrase is somewhere — probably. The passwords are in a notes app. There was a plan, once. It has drifted.
You are not the person who YOLO'd their savings into a memecoin. You have read the blog posts, watched the videos, taken custody seriously. But somewhere between “I should set this up properly” and “I'll get to it next quarter”, the actual infrastructure never quite got built.
Most of the people who land here are in exactly that spot — capable in their own field, conservative with money, aware that the way they handle crypto today does not match the dollar amount they now have at stake.

Someone else looked after the crypto — and now it is your responsibility. You need to figure out what exists, where it lives, and whether the way it is set up actually makes sense.
Coinbase here, Binance there, an old MetaMask, a Ledger you cannot remember the PIN for. You could not produce a clean inventory in under an hour if your life depended on it.
The dollar amount has crept up into territory that genuinely matters now — and the way you handle it is still essentially the same as when it was a five-figure experiment.
Each module maps to one stage of the DW-OS install. Questions have three to five honest answers — no trick options, no “circle one and feel guilty” gimmicks. Just an accurate read of where you currently stand.
What you own, grouped by what each position is for, in one place. Most operators carry 10-30% blind spots. The Map is the picture everything else operates against.

My crypto journey goes back to 2013, when I read the Bitcoin whitepaper on a flight from Melbourne to Sydney. I decided right then and there to pick up a few of these "digital bitcoins". Just in case.
But by the time the flight landed there was some urgent "crisis" to deal with in my business (I can't even remember what it was, so it must've been important) and the Bitcoin experiment was relegated to a dusty shelf somewhere in the back of my mind.
It took me 8 years to come back to it.
When I finally sat down to figure it out in 2021, I discovered that Bitcoin had gone from ~$100 to ~$20,000 per coin. D'oh. From there I spent more than a year making every mistake you've read about and probably a few you haven't, incurring a hefty "tuition fee" as I went. Every cent of it avoidable. Every cent of it instructive.
That was a long time ago now though. I eventually developed a market-leading operational framework from the rubble of my early mistakes, and refined it over several years of practice both with my own portfolio, and across more than 1,500 coaching calls with people navigating the same learning curve you're on.
The diagnostic is the front door to that framework. Any submission that flags for follow-up gets reviewed by me personally. I want the feedback you get back to be useful enough that you act on it, whether or not you ever work with us further.

No. The diagnostic measures infrastructure, security, and operational process — how you manage your crypto, not what you hold. Tony is not a licensed financial adviser. Nothing in the diagnostic or the report tells you what to buy, sell, or hold.
Nothing. The diagnostic is free, and so is the report. We built it because the conversations that follow tend to be useful for both sides — but the report is genuinely yours to keep regardless of whether you ever buy anything from us.
